Shipping policy

All SkinSense products are shipped via Royal Mail on standard delivery. 

Enjoy FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £50.00.

Orders under £50.00 will be charged a £3.95 shipping fee.

During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 5 days for your order to arrive.

Please note we only deliver to the UK

All orders are processed between Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders received after 12.30pm will be processed the next working day. Please provide all the correct information in case we need to contact you. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
