How, when and where?
When applying leave on products, I want you to think about texture. Lighter water based formulas are applied first, so serums and eye creams and then apply your oil and finish with moisturiser.
Two to three drops into the palm of your hand is enough, a quick swipe between your hands will ensure even application. Apply in upward sweeping motions and don’t forget your neck and décolletage. Some may chose to use morning and night but for those with an oilier or combination skin type, I recommend you use as a night time treat.
Massage brings a rush of fresh oxygen and helps with lymphatic drainage which is a great way to combat puffiness as well as creating a healthy glow.
A simple technique is to apply the oil then make a soft fist with both hands. Use the flat part of your knuckle to knead your skin working up from the jaw line, under the cheek bones to your temples. With your finger tips, slowly draw up along your nose to your brow and then sweep each palm across your forehead towards each ear. Slow the pace down for a relaxation or use quicker motions for a more stimulating treatment. Finally apply your moisturiser.
